At TOOSMART Supps, we want you to feel confident trying our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you try one of our products and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you try a TOOSMART Supps product and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We may ask for additional information about your experience so we can better understand the issue and improve our products.
For multi-unit orders, the satisfaction guarantee applies to one opened unit of each product. Any additional unopened units may need to be returned before a refund is issued.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, or abusive.
Returns for Unopened Products
If your product is unopened and you would like to return it, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an unopened product return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at sales@betoosmart.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
Unless clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase, discounted or promotional items may still be eligible under this policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product or flavor is to place a new order after your refund or return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.
For unopened returns, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request or received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
